WHO IS

TOM?

From a young age I was always an active maniac! I played sports my whole life and even managed a short stint playing U19 league of Ireland football. I moved to London in 2015 to attend drama school and become an actor.

After graduating and entering into the self employed world, I still had a calling for fitness so I became a PT and over the last 8 years I have worked with some of the best brands in the world such as THIRD SPACE, F45 and KOBOX.

In 2019 I was burnt out. I was overworked and exhausted trying to run my own business. Sound familiar? I neglected my health and put on nearly 30lbs. I thought I could still run a successful business even if I looked and felt like crap! I was wrong. But every cloud..

And this is when I developed the 5 LEVELS. I put myself through the exact process thats on this course and in 6 short months (you'll do it faster) lost that 30lbs, overcame all time low confidence, burnout, and poor business performance by sculpting a physique that I could be proud of. And I've done this with 100s of men since!
